Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an ion exchange nonwoven fabric chemical filter for effectively recovering metal ions such as nickel and chromium from washing solution of plating operation is provided. CONSTITUTION: Transfer fixed amount of plating wastewater in storage tank to adsorption tank(3) by passing solenoid valve. Store plating wastewater with fixed water level by opening the valve of storage tank(9). Withdraw nickel salt by adsorbing that onto base fabric(1). Desorb nickel salt by passing base fabric with opening the valve of acid storage tank(4). Remove the moisture of base fabric by operating pressure roller after washing. Transfer nickel salt thickening tank by opening the valve of desorption tank and remove moisture by heating and the thickened water is transferred to plating tank by passing pipe line and is reused.
