An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a hybrid chemical filter used in a clean room are provided to produce a high-performance chemical filter easily and conveniently, by automating the manufacture of the chemical filter. A melted resin melted in a melting tank is transferred to a nozzle(5) through a pump. Compressed air of high temperature and the melted resin of high temperature ranged from 140°C to 200°C are jetted on an upper surface of a first ion exchange non-woven fabric(1000), which progresses in a uniform speed, through the nozzle. A bead-shaped ion exchange resin is formed on the melted resin of the first ion exchange non-woven fabric. A second ion exchange non-woven fabric(2000) covers the bead-shaped ion exchange resin of the first ion exchange non-woven fabric. The first ion exchange non-woven fabric, the melted resin, the bead-shaped ion exchange resin, and the second ion exchange non-woven fabric are pressed and attached by a pressing roller(8).

본 발명은 PET(폴리에스터) 올리고머를 메탄올리시스하여 폴리에스터 원료물질인 DMT와 EG로 원료화하는 반응공정과 그 운전 방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로 순환형 기포 반응기를 사용하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 슬러지 액체의 흐름이 메탄올 기포와 반대방향으로 흐르도록 하여 기포의 상승속도를 감소시켜 메탄올 기포의 반응기 체류시간을 증가시키며 또한 메탄올 기포와 슬러지 액체간의 접촉효율을 증가시키게 된다. 본 발명에 의한 반응장치에 의해 메탄올 기포의 체류시간 및 체류량이 증가하게 되어 반응전환율이 종래 반응장치에 비해 현저하게 증가된다.

An apparatus for regenerating the polyester waste, and a method for regenerating the polyester waste are provided to obtain dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol with increasing reaction velocity and reducing the amount of required methanol. An apparatus for regenerating the polyester waste comprises a raw material supply hopper(10); a high pressure batch first reactor(100) where the glycolysis and methanolysis are carried out by using the raw material supplied from the raw material supply hopper; a condenser(40) which condenses the vapor material after the reaction of the first reactor is terminated; a low temperature continuous second reactor(200) which is connected with the first reactor and the transfer pipe(70a) and where the methanolysis is carried out by using the product of the first reactor; and a methanol storage bath(30) which supplies methanol to the first reactor and the second reactor.

본 발명은 폐 플라스틱을 연료로 재활용하는 방법에 대한 것으로서, 수거된 폐 플라스틱에 촉매를 첨가한 후 이를 약 250℃ 내외의 온도로 운전되는 열 분해로에 투입해 상기 폐 플라스틱으로부터 왁스형태의 액상물질을 용해·추출하고, 이어서 상기 액상물질에 오니나 저급석탄 또는 톱밥 등과 같이 잘게 파쇄될 수 있는 가연성 폐기물을 소정 비율로 혼합해 고형 연료로 성형하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 폐 플라스틱의 무공해 처리가 가능하고, 재생처리과정에서 고열량의 고급연료를 얻을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to produce dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) and ethylene glycol(EG) as raw materials of a polyester from a waste polyester oligomer sludge by using a composite methanolysis-distillation apparatus. The composite apparatus dose not precipitate DMT when distilling. CONSTITUTION: The composite methanolysis-distillation apparatus(20) places a distillation device(22) on a methanolysis device(21) continuously, wherein the distillation device(22) contains a distillation part(5), a liquid dispersing device(7), and a partial condenser(11) and the methanolysis device(21) contains oligomer sludge supply devices(1, 3), methanol supply devices(2, 9), a gas dispersing device(10), and a liquid dispersing device(7). The oligomer sludge reacts with methanol gas in the methanolysis device(21) and the gas phase product disperses and enters the lower part of the distillation device(22) from the upper part of the methanolysis device(21). And condensed liquid phase DMT, EG, and methanol drop to the upper part of the methanolysis device(21) from the lower part of the distillation device(22). Methanol gas is discharged to the upper part of the distillation device(22) and is circulated. The reaction temperature of the methanolysis device is 200-300deg.C and the reaction pressure is 2-5bar.

PURPOSE: Provided are a complex filter for a gas scrubber, which is able to simultaneously remove volatile organic compounds, ionic gas and heavy metals, and a gas scrubber, which is able to continuously regenerate the complex filter during the system operation. CONSTITUTION: The complex filter comprises a cation exchange filter part (A) adsorbing and removing cationic contaminants in gas to be treated, an anion exchange filter part (B) adsorbing and removing anionic contaminants in gas to be treated, an inorganic adsorbing part (C) filtering non-ionic contaminants including heavy metals and volatile organic components and a case(3) having at least one of the cation exchange filter part, anion exchange filter part and inorganic adsorbing part within at regular intervals. The gas scrubber where the complex filter for the gas scrubber is installed comprises a regenerating solution storing means regenerating the complex filter for the gas scrubber, a pumping means pumping the regenerating solution stored in the regenerating solution storing means to the top part of the complex filter and a regenerating solution spraying means periodically or intermittently.
