Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation of infectious HCV-like particles which are characteristically used as antigens for the detection HCV vaccine or HCV antibodies and for the inspection or examination of infection inhibiting drugs. CONSTITUTION: The preparation of infectious HCV-like particles is characterized by using a recombinant alphavirus expression vector(KCCM-10287) and a helper vector(KCCM-10286) which express HCV core, E1 and E2.
