Abstract: PURPOSE: An Id1 protein for preventing or treating fibrosis is provided to relieve symptom due to collagen synthesis and to reduce collagen expression induced by TGF-beta 1/Smad 2,3. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating fibrosis contains Id1(inhibitory of DNA binding 1) protein or a polynucleotide encoding the protein as an active ingredient. The protein is Id1-v2 having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A polynucleotide encoding the protein has a base of sequence number 2. An expression vector contains the polynucleotide. The expression vector is a retrovirus vector or adenovirus vector. A method for screening a candidate material for preventing or treating fibrosis comprises: a step of contacting a candidate material to Id1 protein or a recombinant cells expressing the protein; a step of measuring Id1 protein level and activation or gene expression level; and a step of determining the candidate material is the material for preventing or treating fibrosis in case of the expression level and activation is increased over a control group.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于预防或治疗纤维化的Id1蛋白，以减轻由于胶原合成引起的症状，并减少TGF-β1/ Smad 2,3诱导的胶原表达。 构成：用于预防或治疗纤维化的药物组合物含有Id1（抑制DNA结合1）蛋白质或编码该蛋白质的多核苷酸作为活性成分。 蛋白质是具有序列号1的氨基酸序列的Id1-v2。编码蛋白质的多核苷酸具有序列号2的碱基。表达载体含有多核苷酸。 表达载体是逆转录病毒载体或腺病毒载体。 用于筛选用于预防或治疗纤维化的候选材料的方法包括：使候选材料与Id1蛋白或表达蛋白质的重组细胞接触的步骤; 测量Id1蛋白水平和活化或基因表达水平的一个步骤; 并且确定候选材料的步骤是在表达水平和激活增加超过对照组的情况下用于预防或治疗纤维化的材料。
