An apparatus for regenerating the polyester waste, and a method for regenerating the polyester waste are provided to obtain dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol with increasing reaction velocity and reducing the amount of required methanol. An apparatus for regenerating the polyester waste comprises a raw material supply hopper(10); a high pressure batch first reactor(100) where the glycolysis and methanolysis are carried out by using the raw material supplied from the raw material supply hopper; a condenser(40) which condenses the vapor material after the reaction of the first reactor is terminated; a low temperature continuous second reactor(200) which is connected with the first reactor and the transfer pipe(70a) and where the methanolysis is carried out by using the product of the first reactor; and a methanol storage bath(30) which supplies methanol to the first reactor and the second reactor.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to produce dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) and ethylene glycol(EG) as raw materials of a polyester from a waste polyester oligomer sludge by using a composite methanolysis-distillation apparatus. The composite apparatus dose not precipitate DMT when distilling. CONSTITUTION: The composite methanolysis-distillation apparatus(20) places a distillation device(22) on a methanolysis device(21) continuously, wherein the distillation device(22) contains a distillation part(5), a liquid dispersing device(7), and a partial condenser(11) and the methanolysis device(21) contains oligomer sludge supply devices(1, 3), methanol supply devices(2, 9), a gas dispersing device(10), and a liquid dispersing device(7). The oligomer sludge reacts with methanol gas in the methanolysis device(21) and the gas phase product disperses and enters the lower part of the distillation device(22) from the upper part of the methanolysis device(21). And condensed liquid phase DMT, EG, and methanol drop to the upper part of the methanolysis device(21) from the lower part of the distillation device(22). Methanol gas is discharged to the upper part of the distillation device(22) and is circulated. The reaction temperature of the methanolysis device is 200-300deg.C and the reaction pressure is 2-5bar.

An apparatus for separating dimethylterephthalate from polyester methanolysis gas is provided to simplify a partial condenser and a spray tower or spray zone, and to save energy by using the heat of methanolysis gas as distillation energy. An apparatus for separating dimethylterephthalate from methanolysis gas comprising dimethylterephthalate, methyl-2-hydroxyethylterephthalate, ethyleneglycol, and methanol as depolymerization products of polyethyleneterephthalate includes: a liquid storage tank(10) in which an inflow of methanolysis gas is condensed; a methanol distillation column(20) provided in the upper part of the liquid storage tank; an ethyleneglycol distillation column(30) provided in the lower part of the liquid storage tank; and a dimethylterephthalate storage tank(40) provided in the lower part of the ethyleneglycol distillation column.

The present invention relates to a process for recycling feedstock from polyester wastes and an apparatus using the same, and more particularly, to a process for recycling dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol or feedstock for polyester from polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and an apparatus using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel continuous recycling process for improving a process efficiency and energy saving effect through recycling of produced methanol vapor and crystallization of dimethyl terephthalate.

본 발명은 PET(폴리에스터) 올리고머를 메탄올리시스하여 폴리에스터 원료물질인 DMT와 EG로 원료화하는 반응공정과 그 운전 방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로 순환형 기포 반응기를 사용하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 슬러지 액체의 흐름이 메탄올 기포와 반대방향으로 흐르도록 하여 기포의 상승속도를 감소시켜 메탄올 기포의 반응기 체류시간을 증가시키며 또한 메탄올 기포와 슬러지 액체간의 접촉효율을 증가시키게 된다. 본 발명에 의한 반응장치에 의해 메탄올 기포의 체류시간 및 체류량이 증가하게 되어 반응전환율이 종래 반응장치에 비해 현저하게 증가된다.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for regenerating polyester wastes are provided to reduce energy cost by repeating a vaporizing process and a liquefying process in order to circulate methanol. CONSTITUTION: A raw material supplying unit(10) is prepared. Glycolysis reaction and methanolysis reaction are generated in a first reactor(100) using a raw material from the raw material supplying unit. The methanolysis reaction is implemented with respect to the result of the first reactor in a second reactor(200). Methanol is separated from gas discharged from the upper side of the second reactor. The methanol is re-circulated in the second reactor through a rectifying tower(300).

본 발명은 PET(폴리에스터) 올리고머를 메탄올리시스하여, 분리 정제하여 폴리에스터 제조원료인 순수한 디메틸테레프탈레이트(DMT)를 얻는 새로운 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 메탄올리시스 반응기와 증류탑을 일체화시키고 공정의 압력을 전공정에서 DMT의 응고점 이상으로 유지시켜서 공정의 단순화와 DMT의 막힘문제로 인한 조업상의 문제점을 해결한다. 본 발명에 의한 복합장치에 의하면, 증류 작업 중 DMT가 석출되지 않아 조업의 안정성을 높이고, 반응 전환율을 최대화할 수 있기 때문에 반응 수율 및 분리 효율을 높이고 에너지 절약이 가능하게 된다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to produce dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) and ethylene glycol(EG) as raw materials of a polyester from a polyester oligomer by a methanolysis using a circulation type bubble reactor. The apparatus increases a fractional conversion of the reaction remarkably. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(9) contains an oligomer sludge supply device, a methanol supply device, and a stirring device(8), wherein a partition(7) is formed in the apparatus(9) on the same axis as the outer wall of the apparatus(9) and a methanol gas dispersing device(6) of the methanol supply device is mounted in the lower part of the partition(7). The stirring device(8) makes the oligomer sludge flow downward in the partition(7), therefore the oligomer sludge flows in the opposite direction to methanol bubbles in the partition(7). The oligomer sludge flows downward inside the partition(7) and flows upward outside the partition(7). And the partition(7) and the methanol gas dispersing device(6) can be mounted repeatedly in the vertical direction.
