Abstract: PURPOSE: A vaccine for preventing H5N1 serotype highly pathogenic avian influenza is provided to prevent recurrence of H5type and disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing H5N1 serotype highly pathogenic avian influenza virus strain(KCTC 11405BP) comprises: a step of amplifying a highly pathogenic gene from A/Vietnam/1203/2004 (H5N1) strain; a step of transforming by recombination of the gene; a third step of amplifying the gene from A/PR/8/34 (H1N1); a step of culturing plasmid in Vero cells; and a step of inoculating culture supernatant to specific pathogen free(SPF) a hatching egg. The H5N1 serotype highly pathogenic avian influenza virus strain(KCTC 11405BP) contains the highly pathogen-inducing gene. The gene contains HA, NA, PB2, PB1, PA, NP, M and NS.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种预防H5N1血清型高致病性禽流感疫苗,以预防H5型和疾病的复发。 构成:制备H5N1血清型高致病性禽流感病毒株(KCTC 11405BP)的方法包括:从A / Vietnam / 1203/2004(H5N1)菌株扩增高致病基因的步骤; 通过基因重组转化的步骤; 扩增A / PR / 8/34(H1N1)基因的第三步; 在Vero细胞中培养质粒的步骤; 以及将培养上清液接种到特定无病原体(SPF)孵化蛋的步骤。 H5N1血清型高致病性禽流感病毒株(KCTC 11405BP)含有高致病性诱导基因。 该基因含有HA,NA,PB2,PB1,PA,NP,M和NS。
