Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for coating a glass container shaping mold and the mold surface-coated by the method are provided to smoothly separate a blank mold and a glass containing molding material by coating a protective film on the surface of the blank mold based on a ceramic coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating a glass container shaping mold includes the following: Impurities are eliminated from the surface of a blank mold(110), and the surface of the blank mold is neutralized using a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. A ceramic coating agent is applied on the treated surface(120) of the bland mold and is dried. The surface of the blank mold is polished. The coating process further includes a degreasing process and a concave-convex forming process with respect to the surface of the blank mold.

PURPOSE: A system for heating exhaust gas for denitrification device of anti-pollution is provided to prevent additional combustion and reduce energy consumption by collecting high-temperature waste heat. CONSTITUTION: A system for heating exhaust gas for denitrification device of anti-pollution comprises: a stabilizing device(220) receiving high-temperature exhaust gas through a first exhausting path and cooling the same to depositing temperature; a electric precipitator(230) receiving the low-temperature exhaust gas through a second exhausting path and precipitating the same; a exhaust gas denitrizer(240) removing nitro oxide in the exhaust gas; and a increasing temperature system(100) increasing the temperature of the low-temperature exhaust gas to moderate temperature suitable for denitrizing and supplying the exhaust gas into the denitrizer.

산업시설에서 배출되는 고온의 배출가스를 제1배출경로를 통해 전달받아 포집에 적합한 포집온도로 냉각시키는 안정화장치와, 안정화장치에서 냉각된 저온 배출가스를 제2배출경로를 통해 전달받아 집진하는 전기집진기와, 전기집진기를 경유한 배출가스에 포함된 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 배출가스 탈질장치 및 제1배출경로를 통과하는 고온의 배출가스의 폐열을 이용하여 전기집진기에서 배출된 저온 배출가스를 배출가스 탈질장치에서 처리하기에 적합한 온도로 승온시켜 공급하기 위한 배출가스 탈질장치 승온시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리시스템이 개시된다.
