The bag filters collect impurities of air introduced into the housing through a first inlet(111). The plasma discharger includes a chamber, a cylindrical pipe shaped discharging electrode pipe(220), a plurality of electrode rods, and a power supplying part. The discharging electrode pipes are separately arranged and fixed on the air path of the chamber. The electrode rods are parallelly arranged to the longitudinal direction of the discharging electrode pipes at the center parts of the discharging electrode parts. The filtering dust collector and the plasma discharger are arranged at the front part and the rear part of the apparatus.
