비이온성 친수 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 및 그의 제조방법, 이로부터 만들어진 부직포에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 용융방사한 폴리프로필렌의 표면에 비이온성 친수유제를 부착한 것으로 폴리프로필렌 100 중량부에 대하여 비이온성 친수유제 0.40 내지 2.0 중량부로 이루어진 비이온성 친수 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 및 그의 제조방법 및 이로부터 만들어진 서멀본드 부직포에 관한 것이다. 이는 친수성을 유지하면서 단섬유 생산시 사용하는 대전방지제를 포함시키지 않더라도 정전기 발생이 저하되는 효과가 있다. 비이온성, 폴리프로필렌, 서멀본드 공법, 부직포
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Functional polyolefin-based staple fiber containing phytoncide, a manufacturing method thereof, and thermal bonded non-woven fabric using the same are provided to minimize material property degradation of the non-woven fabric, and to offer deodorization effect to the stable fiber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyolefin-based staple fiber containing phytoncide includes the following steps: melting polyolefin-based resin; spinning molten materials with a speed of 50-140m/min at a spinning temperature of 220-270°C; drawing the spun textured yarns with a preheating temperature of 50-80°C; adding crimp on the drawn filament; fixing functional spinning agent and liquid resin containing phytoncide on the filament; and cutting the surface-treated filament to a predetermined length.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Hydrophobic polypropylene staple fibers with dielectric properties, a method thereof, and nonwoven fabric using the same are provided to improve worakability by improving generation of electro static while maintaining hydrophobicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polypropylene staple fibers includes the following steps of: performing a melt-spinning process by blending homopolypropylene of 95 ~ 99.7 weight%, BaTiO3 or rutile TiO2 of 0.3 ~ 5 weight%; crimping elongating the spun undrawn yarn while giving crimp; and attaching liquid resin containing hydrophobic spinning emulsion on the surface of the drawn yarn. A melting index of the polypropylene staple fibers is 4 ~ 30g/10min.

A polypropylene single fiber and a method for producing the same are provided to increase the surface brightness of the polypropylene single fiber and improve the workability at the time of open-end spinning, by using brightener and spinning oil. A polypropylene single fiber comprises 0.01-5.0 wt% of brightener contained therein, and 0.05-1.0 wt% of spinning oil adhering a surface thereof, wherein the spinning oil contains alkyl-phosphate salt. The single filer has an average fineness of 3.0-8.0 denier, a strength of 2.5-6 g/d, an elongation of 30-150%, a crimp number at an extension-less state of 3.0-8.0/cm, a maximum variation width from a longitudinal X-axis at the extension-less state of no less than 5 mm, and an average length of 55-120 mm.

A polyolefin-based monofilament for the absorption of oil, and a method for preparing the polyolefin-based monofilament are provided to reduce the specific gravity and density of the polyolefin-based monofilament and to improve the oil absorption. A polyolefin-based monofilament for the absorption of oil is prepared by melting a polyolefin-based resin; spinning the molten one at 250 deg.C with a speed of 20-80 m/min; stretching the yarn by an elongation ratio of 1.5-4.0 at a preheating temperature of 50-100 deg.C; crimping the stretched filament; coating a liquid resin containing a hydrophobic lubricant comprising a fatty acid amid condensate, a hydrocarbon wax-based hydrophobic lubricant and an antistatic agent on the surface of the filament; and heat fixing it at 100-200 deg.C for 8-12 min, and cutting it by a length of 40-100 mm.

A functional polyolefin staple fiber, a fabricating method thereof and the non-woven cloth by using the same are provided to use a functional master batch containing the yellow soil component, thereby offering the far infrared ray effect. The polyolefin group resin of 80 to 95 wt% and a functional master batch of 5 to 20 wt% are mixed and melted. The functional master batch includes the second polyolefin group resin, the yellow soil component and the silver component. The resin and master batch are melted together. The melted materials are spun at the spinning temperature of 250 degrees celsius and the speed of 80 to 200 m/min. Thereafter, the spun non-drafted yarn is drafted with the drawing ratio of 1.1 to 3.0 and the preheating temperature of 50 to 80 degrees celsius. Thereafter, the drafted filament is crimped. The liquefied resin containing the spinning emulsion is adhered to the surface of the crimped filament. Thereafter, the surface-treated filament is fixed by heat and then cut as much as the previously set length. Further, the yellow soil component additionally comprises formalin.
