Abstract:
An antifungal polyolefin staple fiber, a fabricating method thereof and a thermal bonding non-woven cloth by using the same are provided to have the properties of matter and to maintain the general properties of matter of the fiber and non-woven cloth. A polyolefin group resin is melted. Thereafter, the melted thing is spun at the spinning temperature of about 250 degrees in centigrade by the speed of about 1,500 to 2,000 m/min. The spun non-twisted yarn is drafted by the draft ratio of 1.35 to 1.65 at the pre-heat temperature of 50 to 80 degrees in centigrade. Thereafter, the winding shaft is offered to the drafted filament. Thereafter, in a surface treatment process, the liquid resin having the functional spinning emulsion and silver nano particles is injected to the filament with the winding shaft and solidified. After the heat fixation of the surface-treated filament, the filament is cut by a predetermined length. The polyolefin group resin is the antibacterial polyolefin group signal fiber as the homo polypropylene.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyolefin-group simple fiber and a non-woven fabric for hygienic goods, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to overcome limits of volume and clean feeling appeared in the non-woven fabric used for manufacturing water-tissue. The polyolefin-group simple fiber having whiteness gives visually clean feeling, improves volume issues with high weight, and manufactures an improved durability with high strength. CONSTITUTION: The polyolefin-group simple fiber for the hygienic goods is composed of polyolefin resin 70~97 weight% and calcium carbonate 3~30 weight%. The polyolefin-group simple fiber is formed by spinning a complex melt and drawing the emitted unstretched fiber. The polyolefin-group resin has a feature that one or more resins is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polybutylene and polypropylene. The polyolefin-group simple fiber is characterized in which a spin finish is attached to the surface.

비이온성 친수 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 및 그의 제조방법, 이로부터 만들어진 부직포에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 용융방사한 폴리프로필렌의 표면에 비이온성 친수유제를 부착한 것으로 폴리프로필렌 100 중량부에 대하여 비이온성 친수유제 0.40 내지 2.0 중량부로 이루어진 비이온성 친수 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 및 그의 제조방법 및 이로부터 만들어진 서멀본드 부직포에 관한 것이다. 이는 친수성을 유지하면서 단섬유 생산시 사용하는 대전방지제를 포함시키지 않더라도 정전기 발생이 저하되는 효과가 있다. 비이온성, 폴리프로필렌, 서멀본드 공법, 부직포

PURPOSE: A polypropylene monofil having high heat resistance and light resistance and a manufacturing the same and a non-woven fabric are provided to add non-phenol UV ray stabilizer to hPP, thereby preventing gas-fading. CONSTITUTION: The homo polypropylene 95~99.9 weight% and polyolefin carrier resin 0.1~5 weight% are mixed. The homo polypropylene contains the antioxidant. The polyolefin carrier resin contains UV(UltraViolet) ray stabilizer. Extension and crimping of the spun not-stretch yarn is operated. The liquid resin containing the emulsion is attached on a surface of the crimped stretched yarn. After thermal fixation of FDY, the FDY is cut into short fiber.

PURPOSE: Hydrophobic polypropylene staple fibers with dielectric properties, a method thereof, and nonwoven fabric using the same are provided to improve worakability by improving generation of electro static while maintaining hydrophobicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polypropylene staple fibers includes the following steps of: performing a melt-spinning process by blending homopolypropylene of 95 ~ 99.7 weight%, BaTiO3 or rutile TiO2 of 0.3 ~ 5 weight%; crimping elongating the spun undrawn yarn while giving crimp; and attaching liquid resin containing hydrophobic spinning emulsion on the surface of the drawn yarn. A melting index of the polypropylene staple fibers is 4 ~ 30g/10min.

A polypropylene single fiber and a method for producing the same are provided to increase the surface brightness of the polypropylene single fiber and improve the workability at the time of open-end spinning, by using brightener and spinning oil. A polypropylene single fiber comprises 0.01-5.0 wt% of brightener contained therein, and 0.05-1.0 wt% of spinning oil adhering a surface thereof, wherein the spinning oil contains alkyl-phosphate salt. The single filer has an average fineness of 3.0-8.0 denier, a strength of 2.5-6 g/d, an elongation of 30-150%, a crimp number at an extension-less state of 3.0-8.0/cm, a maximum variation width from a longitudinal X-axis at the extension-less state of no less than 5 mm, and an average length of 55-120 mm.

본 발명의 섬유의 냉각 장치는 방사구금 중앙에 설치되어 방사구금을 통과하는 섬유에 공기를 공급하여 섬유를 냉각 후 고화시키는 송풍수단을 포함하되, 상기 송풍수단은 외주연에 히팅수단을 장착하고 내주연에 고정시킨 브라켓을 통해 축을 수직으로 설치한 하우징과, 상기 하우징 하부면에 설치되되 상면은 만곡된 호 형상의 분사홈을 형성하고, 상기 분사홈의 중앙에는 상기 축이 결합되는 결합공을 형성한 분사판과, 상기 분사판에 관통된 축의 하부에 수평으로 고정하되 상기 분사판과 이격되게 배치시켜 상기 결합공과 축의 사이 틈새를 통과한 공기가 충돌하여 방사구금의 전면과 이격된 평행한 방향으로 공기를 분사시키는 분산판으로 이루어진다.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for coating spinning oil of a fiber comprises: a water tank(110) which has an open inner space(111) and comprising a pipe connected to the inner space; and a roller(120) coats the spinning oil to the fiber by contact of the fiber to the outer circumference.
