Abstract:
A multi-porous separation film for a secondary battery is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability and tensile strength and to impart high output due to excellent impregnation property to the electrolyte. A manufacturing method of a multi-porous separation film for a secondary battery with high power output and thermal stability comprises (a) a non-solvent addition step for adding a non-solvent to a poly [(vinylidene fluoride)-co-(hexafluoropropylene)] (PVDF-HFP) and heat-dispersing an additive at 35~45 °C, (b) an inorganic additive addition step for adding SiO2 or Al2O3 as a inorganic additive to the product of the step (a) and heat-dispersing the additive at 35~45 to obtain a coating composition in a slurry form, (c) a coating step for bar-coating one side or both sides of the film with a coating composition of a slurry form with a thickness of 60-90 micron, and (d) a washing and drying step for coagulating the coated porous separation film with water at 20~30 °C, washing the coagulated separation film with an alcohol, and drying the washed separation film in a drying oven of 65~75 °C. The non-solvent is selected from the group consisting of ethanol, 1- propanol, 2- butanol, isobutanol, 3- pentanol, dodecanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP) and dimethylformamide(DMF).

Spacer fabric and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to offer massage effect for a driver driving a car for a long time and offer agreeable surface temperature of a sheet. Spacer fabric includes a top layer, a bottom layer, and a plurality of pile yarns connecting to the top layer and the bottom layer. The bottom layer and the top layer are formed with latent self crimping yarns and draw textured yarns. LSCY is a side by side typed yarn including one or two components selected from a group consisting of polyethyleneterephthalate, polytrimethyleneterephthalate, polybutyleneterephthalate, and nylon. The DTY is manufactured by drawing polyester or nylon filaments. Thickness of the LSCY and the DTY is 75 ~ 400 denier. The pile yarn includes a component selected from a group consisting of polyester, the nylon, acryl, metallic fiber and carbon fiber.

A polyolefin-based composition, a method for preparing a polyolefin-based monofilament by using the composition, a polyolefin-based fiber, the nonwoven prepared from the fiber, and a method for preparing the nonwoven are provided to improve the spinning property of nonwoven and to lower thermal boding temperature. A polyolefin-based composition comprises an isotactic homopolypropylene; and a propylene-1-butene random copolymer. Preferably the isotactic homopolypropylene has a melt index of 4-30 g/10 min, an isotactic index of 90 % or more and a melting point of 160-165 deg.C; and the propylene-1-butene random copolymer contains 3 wt% or more of butene and has a melt index of 4-30 g/10 min and a melting point of 150 deg.C or less.
