Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for extracting nucleic acid using hydrogel column is provided to extract nucleic acid withough impurity and improve nucleic acid yield. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for extracting nucleic acid comprises a tube having an outlet opened at one side and a hydrogel support(16) filtering impurities. The apparatus further comprises a housing(12) connected to the outlet. The hydrogel support is made of 1%-2% of agarose gel. The hydrogel support has an injection groove connected in a longitudinal direction. The injection groove is formed at the center of the hydrogel support.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用水凝胶柱提取核酸的装置，以提取不含杂质的核酸，提高核酸产量。 构成：用于提取核酸的装置包括具有在一侧开口的出口的管和用于过滤杂质的水凝胶载体（16）。 该装置还包括连接到出口的壳体（12）。 水凝胶载体由1％-2％的琼脂糖凝胶制成。 水凝胶支撑体具有沿纵向方向连接的注入槽。 注入槽形成在水凝胶支撑体的中心。
