Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing oxide nanopowder with a perovskite structure is provided to obtain oxide nanopowder with narrow particle size distribution and minimized coherence between particles and to secure high permittivity and sintering temperature by controlling a composition of components. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing oxide nanopowder with a perovskite structure comprises the steps of: injecting an aqueous solution as a starting raw material in a reaction container; raising the inner temperature of the reaction container to a set temperature and stirring the starting raw material aqueous solution; spraying an alcoholic solution as a starting raw material in a drop form using ultrasonic waves inside the reaction container; reacting the starting raw material aqueous solution and the starting raw material alcohol solution to make an alcohol aqueous solution; and aging and drying the crystallized material to form oxide nanopowder with a perovskite structure.
