    Abstract: PURPOSE: A chromatography column device and a high performance liquid chromatography apparatus using the same are provided to reduce system construction cost, to save consumed solvent, and to ensure effects of reducing man power and time. CONSTITUTION: A high performance liquid chromatography apparatus includes a solvent(1), an HPLC pump(2), an injector(3), a liquid chromatography column(6), and a detector(5). The HPLC pump supplies a solvent. The solvent is used in a stationary form. The injector injects a sample. The column separates a material. A peltier device(9) is attached to the liquid chromatography column. The peltier device is a peltier plate capable of cooling and heating. The peltier plate is selectively attached by using heat sink paste on the right and left side of a column.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A droplet discharging device is provided to supply the droplet of the smaller size by spraying the air to the droplet which is formed at the end part of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A droplet discharging device includes nozzles(112,114), a housing(121), and a gas supplying pipe(148). The liquid is supplied to the nozzle. The one-side end of nozzle is opened and discharges the droplet. In the housing, a spraying part(123) which sprays the gas towards the opened end part of a nozzle is formed. The spraying part is arranged to be adjacent to the periphery of nozzle. The gas supplying pipe supplies the gas to the nozzle.
