PURPOSE: A chromatography column device and a high performance liquid chromatography apparatus using the same are provided to reduce system construction cost, to save consumed solvent, and to ensure effects of reducing man power and time. CONSTITUTION: A high performance liquid chromatography apparatus includes a solvent(1), an HPLC pump(2), an injector(3), a liquid chromatography column(6), and a detector(5). The HPLC pump supplies a solvent. The solvent is used in a stationary form. The injector injects a sample. The column separates a material. A peltier device(9) is attached to the liquid chromatography column. The peltier device is a peltier plate capable of cooling and heating. The peltier plate is selectively attached by using heat sink paste on the right and left side of a column.

PURPOSE: A kit for detecting a target material and a method for detecting the target material using the same are provided to quickly and simply amplify detection signal and to ensure efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting a target material comprises: a target material binding part containing a first molecule and a probe conjugated to the first molecule; and a target molecule detection unit containing a compound(110) with zwitterions and nanoparticles conjugated with a second molecule. The compound with zwitterions is amino acids, bicine, tricine, sulfamic acid, alkaloid, psilocybin, quinonoid, or betaine. The second molecule is linked through a linker(130). The linker contains a nanoparticle-binding site of an organic base including organic acid containing hydroxyl group, thiol groups or phenol groups or an organic base containing pyridine, methyl amine, imidazole, benzimidazole, histidine, phophagene base or hydroxide groups; or a nanoparticle non-binding site of organic molecules including carboxylic acid and azide group.

PURPOSE: A surface-enhanced raman scattering nanoparticles and an analysis system using the same are provided to enable minute analysis of chemical or biological substances. CONSTITUTION: A surface-enhanced raman scattering(SERS) particles contains metal nanoparticles, one or more organic compounds, and an analyte. The organic compound has a functional group which changes aggregation of the ramen scattering particles. The functional group is -SH, -CN, -COOH, -POOH, or mixture thereof. The metal nanoparticles and organic compounds are denoted by chemical formula 1. The particles are soluble and the concentration of the analyte is more than 100pM.
