본 발명에 의하면, DCF에 의한 경쟁에서 백오프 슬롯과 충돌을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 기존의 DCF 보다 높은 전송률을 제공한다. 또한 순방향 순서 암시 정보가 단말들에서 분산적으로 작동할 수 있기 때문에 추가적인 제어 메시지로 인한 오버헤드가 없고, AP나 DCF를 사용하는 무선 네트워크에서도 기존의 단말들과 통신이 가능하다.

Disclosed is a data transmitting method of a distributed reservation-based UWB wimedia for increasing channel use efficiency. After a wireless terminal broadcasts a beacon frame including channel use request information, the wireless terminal receives the beacon frame including the channel use request information from at least one different wireless terminal. The wireless terminal broadcasts the beacon frame including reservation information according to a determined priority after the priority of a beacon broadcast is determined by using its own channel use request information and the channel use request information received from the different terminals. Thereby, the channel use efficiency is increased. PURPOSE: A data retransmission method is provided to improve network throughput by successively transmitting data in response to data transmission failure. CONSTITUTION: A header of data which is firstly transmitted is decoded. Address information of a node which firstly transmits the data is obtained(S530). A data transmission failure response is transmitted for transmitting the data to the obtained address information of the node again(S540). The data transmission failure response is based on an IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 802. A type of a control frame defined in 11 MAC(Media Access Control) is defined as 01. The data transmission failure response is defined as a value which is not overlapped with a lower type. PURPOSE: An ID allocation method for CSMA/IC(Carrier Sense Multiple Access /ID Countdown) is provided to give a locally unique ID to each node when using a circulation ID. CONSTITUTION: Whether a medium is an idle state or not is determined(210). If the medium is the idle state, a synchronous beacon signal is transmitted(220). If a beacon signal of a competition node is sensed(230), the sensed beacon signal is converted into an ID(240). A random ID which is larger than a converted ID is allocated as an ID(250). Whether to use an ID or not is determined. If the ID must be used, their ID is converted according to a circulation rule.

PURPOSE: A method of hand over provided by mobile access gateway in a proxy mobile internet protocol environment using proxy mobile internet protocol and a mobile access gateway performing the same are provided to maintain transmission order of upload and download data during handover of a mobile terminal, thereby minimizing loss of data packet. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel(311) provides information transfer between a mobile access gateway(310) and one or more adjacency mobile access gateway adjacent to the mobile access gateway. A handover database(312) manages at least one of mobile terminal information connected to at least one of adjacency mobile access gateway and at least one of mobile terminal information connected to the mobile access gateway.
