Abstract: A high-speed photographing device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a laser generating device which generates laser beams; a multi-focused optical system which transforms the laser beams into multi-focused laser beams; and a two-photon microscopy which photographs images of a specimen mounted on a support at a high speed by using the multi-focused laser beams. Therefore, the high-speed photographing device according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided to generate self-fluorescence of high efficiency by enlarging a wavelength range of a laser beam of femtosecond pulses by installing an optical parametric oscillator on the laser generating device, thereby photographing images of the specimen at a high speed by generating self-fluorescence on a cell specimen without a separate specimen processing process or an external fluorescence indicator.
