Abstract: PURPOSE: A low temperature flat board plasma system for bacteria sterilization is provided, which can generate the uniform plasma through the wide side, and is easy to control the size of the plasma. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature flat board plasma system for the bacteria sterilization includes: a gas supply part in which the inert gas is provided; a wide dielectric flat board(200) blocking up one side of the space where the provided gas is accepted; one or more surface electrodes(300) inserted into the surface of the dielectric flat board; a flashover part generating the plasma(500) in the surface of the dielectric flat board covering the surface electrode; and a voltage supply portion sanctioning the low frequency high voltage in the surface electrode.

Abstract: A plasma flat lamp is provided to improve light straightness by modifying a protrusion formed on a rear substrate or a wall in various shapes. A discharge container has a front board(110), a rear board(120) and a wall(130) which are spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals to form a discharge space therein, and is filled with discharge gas. The first electrode(140) and the second electrode(150) are disposed in the discharge container to generate a gas discharge in the discharge space. A phosphor layer(160) is applied on an inner surface of the discharge container to generate visible rays from ultraviolets produced during the gas discharge. A protrusion(170) is formed on a portion of an inner surface selected from the rear board and the wall.

Abstract: A plasma flat lamp is provided to significantly improve discharge efficiency and light-emission efficiency by further evenly distributing a plasma discharge in a discharge space and effectively distributing an electrode area.
