    Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy panel with high formability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to evenly distribute a minute dispersed phase and manufacture alloy plate material including high secondary phase fraction. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy panel with high formability consists of Zn 1~10 weight%, Y 0.2~5 weight%, and impurity and magnesium. The grain average particle diameter of the high formability magnesium alloy sheet is 20 micron or less. The content of Zn is 5.0~7.0 weight%. The content of Y is 1.0~5 weight%.
