    Abstract: PURPOSE: An intracellular gene delivery intracellular gene delivery containing cationic polymers and magnetic nanoaprticels is provided to treat various diseases using a gene. CONSTITUTION: An intracellular gene delivery composite contains cationic polymers of 1000-10,000 Da of molecular weight and magnetic nanoparticles. The cationic polymers are polyethylene imine(PEI), poly-L-lysine(PLL), or chitosan. The magnetic nanoparticles are thermally cross-linked superparamagnetic nanoparticles(TCL-SPION). The intracellular gene delivery composite is prepared by cross-linking of the cationic polymers and magnetic nanoparticles under the presence of -ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC) and N-hydroxysuccineimide(NHS).
