Abstract: 본발명에따르면, 제2 고정구역(16b)의부근에서, N개의보강재(1)의새로운군이설치되어야할 스테이의외장(5) 내에위치하는셔틀(2)에연결된다. 셔틀은구동및 안내수단(6a, 6b, 7, 7a, 7b, 15a, 15b)에의해서제1 고정구역을향하여구동된다. 셔틀이제1 고정구역의부근에실질적으로도달했을때 , 그리고셔틀과제1 고정구역(16a) 사이에실질적으로포함되는부분의구동및 안내수단들사이에서얽힘이탐지되는한, 셔틀은그 주축을중심으로상기얽힘에반대방향으로회전된다. N개의보강재의군은상기셔틀로부터분리된다. 상기군의각 보강재는상기제1 고정구역과제2 고정구역사이에서당겨진다. 상기보강재들의설치가완료될때까지전술한단계들이반복된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembling method of a stay is provided to cut down the time required for installing a stay on a bridge by installing strands on two stays simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The assembling method of a stay comprises the steps of: connecting a new group of stiffeners(1) with a shuttle(2) located in a sheath around a secondary fixing area(16b); driving the shuttle(2) toward a primary fixing area(16a) by driving and guiding units(6a,6b,7,15a,15b); when the shuttle(2) reaches around the primary fixing area, rotating the shuttle(2) in the opposite direction of the entwined driving and guiding units(6a,6b,7,15a,15b); separating the ground of the stiffeners(1) from the shuttle(2); pulling each stiffener(1) of the group between the primary fixing area(16a) and the secondary fixing area(16b); and repeating above mentioned steps until the stiffeners(1) are installed completely.
