Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for economically manufacturing organic silane useful for silicon polymer and as linker in high yield, wherein a small amount of catalyst is used and easily recovered. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is characterized by performing dehalogenation-hydrogenation with chlorosilane compound of the formula(1) having hydrogen-silicon bond and organic halogen compound of the formula(2) by using tertiary organic phosphonium salt as a catalyst to manufacture an organic silane compound of the formula(3).

Abstract: 본 발명은 이중 규소화반응에 의한 유기 규소화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 4차 유기포스포늄 염을 촉매로 사용하여 탄소와 탄소의 이중결합을 갖는 불포화 유기화합물에 두 분자의 트리클로로실란을 부가시키는 이중 규소화반응(Double Silylation)으로 한 분자 내에 두 개의 실릴기를 갖는 유기 규소화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 종래 유기 규소화합물의 제조방법에 비하여 소량의 촉매 사용으로도 이중 규소화반응을 효과적으로 진행할 수 있으며 반응 후에는 촉매의 회수 및 재사용도 가능하고, 또한 규소화제로는 고가의 디실란(Si-Si) 대신에 공업적으로 쉽게 얻어지는 트리클로로실란(SiHCl
3 )을 사용하는 등 전체적으로 경제성 있는 공정으로 구성되어 있어 실리콘 고분자나 가교제로 사용되어지고 있는 유기 규소화합물을 산업적으로 생산하는데 유용하다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing organochlorosilanes by the silylation of conjugated dienes is provided, thereby reducing the amount of catalyst used, easily recovering and reusing the catalyst, and improving the economical efficiency of the preparation by using trichlorosilane as a silylating agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing organochlorosilanes represented by the formulas(1a) and (1b) comprises silylation of conjugated dienes represented by the formula(2) with trichlorosilane(HSiCl3) in the presence of quaternary organic phosphonium salt as catalyst, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are the same or different, hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or phenyl, or two groups selected from R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are covalently bound together to form 4- to 8-membered ring, wherein the temperature of silylation is 10 to 250 deg. C.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing organic silanes by double silylation of unsaturated organic compounds with trichlorosilane. The double silylation is cheaply carried out because a small amount of a catalyst is used, recovered, and recycled after reaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing organic silanes of the formula 2 comprises double silylation of unsaturated organic compounds of the formula 1 with trichlorosilane(HSiCl3) in the presence of a catalyst, wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different, hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C5 alkenyl, benzyl, phenyl, or alkyl substituted phenyl; or R1 and R2 may be covalently bonded together to form a 4- or 8-atom membered ring; the catalyst is tertiary organic phosphonium salt of the formula 3a or 3b, wherein X is halogen, R4 is the same or different, C1-C12 alkyl or -(CH2)n-C6H5, n is an integer of 1 to 6, two R4 may be covalently bonded together to form a 4- or 8-atom membered ring, and Y is C1-C12 alkylene; and the double silylation is done at 10 to 250 deg. C.
