Abstract:
A method for manufacturing recycled high density polyethylene is provided to economically produce recycled high density polyethylene having mechanical properties equal to or better than new high density polyethylene by recycling waste high density polyethylene. The method for manufacturing recycled high density polyethylene comprises the steps of: mixing 20-40wt% of waste high density polyethylene with 60-80wt% of new high density polyethylene having a bimodal molecular weight distribution; adding a peroxide cross-linking agent to the mixture; and melt-mixing the admixture at 165-175°C and at a speed of 35-45RPM for 8-12minutes. The peroxide cross-linking agent is dicumyl peroxide or perbutyl peroxide.
Abstract:
This specification discloses pelletized pre-dope granules of cellulose and a tertiary amine oxide wherein the tertiary amine oxide is homogeneously dispersed throughout the cellulose. These granules are provided by a process comprising of the steps of: feeding cellulose to a mill, together with the tertiary amine oxide powder having a water content of 5-15% by weight; milling and blending the mixture, while keeping the mixture at a temperature sufficient to melt amine oxide completely without dissolving the cellulose. Shaped cellulosic articles are also produced by heating the granules in a barrel of an extruder to give a dope solution, followed by extruding the solution to provide an excruciate to be spun.

본 발명은 셀룰로오스 펄프 쉬트 또는 분말과 수분 함량이 5∼15중량%인 3급 아민옥사이드 분말을 분쇄 혼합기내에서 균일하게 분쇄 및 혼합하여 3급 아민 옥사이드가 셀룰로오스 분말에 균일하게 분산되어 분말 내부까지 확산 침투된 세룰로오스와 3급 아민옥사이드의 펠렛상 혼합 분말(pre-dope granules) 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 셀룰로오스와 3급 아민옥사이드의 혼합분말을 방사 압출기에서 용해시켜 셀룰로오스 용액(dope)을 얻어 이것을 방사시키는 것이 특징인 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 섬유 또는 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
