Abstract: 본발명은고체고분자전해질을이용하여제조한안정성이좋고알켄계불포화탄화수소의투과성및 선택성이개선된비휘발성촉진수송분리막에관한것이다. 본발명에따라, 알켄계탄화수소를분리하기위한촉진수송분리막을제조하는데있어서알켄과선택적및 가역적으로착체를형성할수 있는전이금속의염과비휘발성고분자로구성된고체고분자전해질층을다공성지지막위에형성시켜촉진수송분리막을제조한다. 이렇게제조된촉진수송분리막은알켄계탄화수소에대한투과성과선택성이높을뿐만아니라장시간의운전상황에서도고체고분자전해질안에있는금속과고분자리간드의착체가알켄의운반체로서의활성을오랫동안지속하는특성을나타낸다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A facilitated transport membrane using solid polymer electrolyte is provided, which can separate selectively hydrocarbon of alkene series by forming complex of polymer ligand and metal ion of metal salt which is present in polymer electrolyte and non-volatile polymer and by promoting transportation of alkene that is caused by selective and reversible reaction of double bond of alkene and metal ion, the system being suitable for actual process of alkene/alkane separation. CONSTITUTION: The membrane is a complex separation membrane which is composed of transition metal salt that can react selectively and reversibly with alkene and non-volatile polymer and consists of polymer electrolyte layer that is solid state at operating temperature and porous supporting membrane, the selective permeability expressed by the square of pure alkene permeability/pure alkane permeability for hydrocarbon mixture feed to be separated being 100GPU (10¬-4 cm3(STP) per cm2 sec cm Hg).
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用固体高分子电解质的促进输送膜,通过形成聚合物配体与聚合物电解质和非挥发性聚合物中存在的金属盐的金属离子和通过促进烯烃的输送,选择性地分离烯烃系的烃 这是由烯烃和金属离子双键的选择性和可逆反应引起的,该系统适用于烯烃/烷烃分离的实际工艺。 构成:膜是一种复杂的分离膜,由过渡金属盐组成,可以与烯烃和非挥发性聚合物选择性和可逆反应,由在操作温度下为固态的聚合物电解质层和多孔支撑膜组成,选择性渗透率 由待分离的烃混合物进料的纯烯烃渗透性/纯烷烃渗透性的平方表示为100GPU(每cm 2 sec cm Hg为10 -4 cm 3(STP))。
