    Abstract: The hydrolysing method of fat and oil (I) in two-phase system with microorganisms consists of (1) culturing Pseudomonas putida 3SK (KCTC 8425) (II) in the LB medium, (2) adding 0.4-5 gram of (I) into isooctane 20ml and the culture medium as 1-10:5 ratio, and (3) hydrolysing (I) for 84 hours. The log P of partition coefficient of (I) in the reaction system is 4.8, and the isooctane does not inhibit the growth of (II). (II) is deposited for wastewater treatment.

    Abstract translation: 脂肪和油(I)在微生物的两相体系中的水解方法包括:(1)在LB培养基中培养恶臭假单胞菌3K(KCTC 8425)(II),(2)加入0.4-5g(I) 加入异辛烷20ml,培养基为1-10:5,(3)水解(I)84小时。 反应体系中(I)的分配系数的log P为4.8,异辛烷不抑制(II)的生长。 (II)沉积用于废水处理。
