Abstract: This film for decoration provides a good wear resistance, reflection spectro-graphic property similar to pure gold, and gold color. This gold film is produced by the processes of ion plating using gold alloy in the vacuum evaporation apparatus under inert gas including nitrogen or nitrogen gas. The evaporation sources of gold are gold alloy of Au/Ti, Au/Zr, Au/Hf, and the compositions of Au/Ti, Au/Zr and Au/Hf. The gradient of the Au/nitride volume fraction increases at nearer surface of film. The ion plating apparatus includes stainless vacuum bath(1), heating device(2), tungsten filament(6) for emission of thermal electron, the source of electricity(7)(8) for filaments and heating of resistor, heating boat(9), regulator(11), vacuum pump(12), gas inlet(13), and the evaporation source of gold alloy(16).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high density optical data storage medium is provided to enable high density write and read by forming a fine focus light having the size less than diffraction limit and maintaining the size in the range of laser power. CONSTITUTION: A high density optical data storage medium includes an incident layer(1) to which a light transmitting a lens and focused is irradiated, a first super resolution layer(3) controlling spot size of the irradiated focus light, a second super resolution layer(2) controlling spot size of the irradiated focus light, and a record layer(4) recordable optical data, wherein the first super resolution layer and the second resolution layer change the spot size of the transmitting light by changing transmittance according to power of an incident light, and change the spot size of the transmitting light complementarily because the first super resolution layer and the second resolution layer are different from each other in threshold strength starting transmittance change.

Abstract: 본 발명은 입사광 파워의 증가에 따라 투과광 스폿크기 변화특성이 상호 보완적으로 다른 두 가지 초해상 층을 매체 내에 결합한 고밀도 광 정보저장 매체를 제공한다. 두 층의 초해상재료의 결합 유형은 첫째 두층 모두 레이저 파워의 증가에 따라 초해상층 투과광의 스폿크기가 증가하는 반면 초해상층 투과특성의 변화가 개시되는 문턱 광강도(또는 온도)가 서로 다른 경우와, 둘째 한층은 레이저 파워의 증가에 따라 초해상층 투과광의 스폿크기가 증가하고 다른 한층은 감소하는 경우가 있다. 본 발명은 주어진 파장(λ)과 대물렌즈 개구수(NA)를 갖는 기록, 재생용 광학계를 이용하면서도 매체내 재료특성을 이용하여 회절한계 이하의 크기를 갖는 미소 집속광을 형성하고 정보의 기록 및 재생시 그 크기를 유지함으로써 공간주파수 2NA/λ이상의 선밀도 및 고 트랙밀도에서의 기록, 재생이 모두 가능하게 된다.

Abstract: This process produces the green coating of a composite micro-structure having gold/metal nitride, gold/metal oxide or gold/metal nitride-oxide in mixture. The composition of gold is reduced from the surface to the inner of the coating in the thickness gradient of 100 to 10,000 angstrom. The metal element of gold/metal alloy is selected from the group of aluminum, silicon and tantalum. The coating is produced by evaporation of gold alloy source under the plasma atmosphere of the inert gas containing nitrogen, oxygen or nitrogen-oxygen mixed gas. The evaporation method is selected from magnetron sputtering, ion beam sputtering and ion plating. The gold alloy source as mentioned above is formed by the process selected from electro-resistance heating method, electron-gun heating method, hollow cathode heating method and high frequency induction melting method.
