Abstract: PURPOSE: A microwave dielectric composition prepared by using La(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3 having a relatively low sintering temperature is provided which produces a ceramic dielectric substance having excellent microwave dielectric characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises La(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3 having a relatively low sintering temperature, TiO2 for improving the temperature coefficient characteristics of resonance frequency and one or plurality of W, Mo, Cr, Se, Te or Po for improving quality coefficient. The composition can prepare a ceramic dielectric substance showing excellent microwave dielectric characteristics such as high quality coefficient, dielectric constant and stable temperature coefficient even using inexpensive raw material.
