    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a green fluorescent substance for PDP (plasma display panel) is provided, in order to reduce reaction time and decay time without deterioration of the luminescence intensity compared with an already-known green fluorescent substance for PDP by increasing the concentration of Mn-Mn pairs on the surface of a fluorescent substance.
