Abstract: A device and a method for a vision-based computer interface are provided to extract a gazing point of a user from an image including a pupil image and map the extracted gazing point to a display device. The device includes at least two light sources(110), an image input device(120), the display device(140), and an operation processor(130). The image input device receives the image including an eye image having at least two reflection points of one eye by the light sources. The operation processor is connected to the image input device and the display device, extracts a central point of a pupil and the reflection points from the inputted image, estimates the gazing point in the display device by using the extracted central points of the pupil and the reflecting points, and performs interaction according to the gazing point.
