Abstract: 본 발명은, 소수성 담체를 실린화하여 형성된 담체-알킬아민 유도체를 글루타알데히드로 처리한 후 이 유도체에 리파제 용액을 처리하여 고정화시키거나, 또는 글루타알데히드로 처리된 담체-알킬아민 유도체에 스페이서용액을 가하여 담체에 스페이서를 고정시킨 다음, 이것을 카르보디이미드로 처리하고 리파제 용액을 가함으로써 리파제의 아민기와 스페이서의 카르복실기를 공유결합시켜 제조되는 고정화 리파제를 제공한다.
본 발명의 고정화 리파제는 효소 활성이 높고 연속 조업 시에도 리파제의 유실을 방지할 수 있는 개선된 고정화 리파제이다.-

Abstract: The immobilization method of lipase (I) consists of (1) silanization of 60-100 mesh magnesia silica gel such as Fluorosil with 1% p-amino propyl ethoxy silane in acetone, (2) treating with glutaldehyde, (3) adding (I) from Mucor miehei 10-25 mg/g for 1-4 hrs, (4) adding spacers with one of 3-amino propionate to 8-amino octaoate, (5) reacting 0.4-1% 1-cyclohexyl-3-(2-morpholinoethyl) carbonimide-meto-p-toluene sulfonate for 1-4 hrs and reacting more 2-3 hrs after adjusting pH 4.0. The immobilized (I) which kept 80% activity after 5 conversion reactions is useful for interesterification reaction in organic solvents.

Abstract: A 3D interaction system and method based on gaze and a 3D gaze tracking system and method are provided to determine a gaze direction by using the image of a user's eye and determine a gaze depth by using an interval between centers of pupils obtained from the images of user's both eyes, thereby quickly determining a 3D gaze. A 3D(Three-Dimensional) interaction system(100) based on gaze comprises a display unit(10), two light sources(12a,12b), an image acquisition unit, a first signal processing unit, a second signal processing unit, and a third signal processing unit. The display unit displays at least a 3D image. The light sources are aligned in both sides of the display unit. The image acquisition unit acquires both eye images of a user gazing the 3D image. The images of both eye include reflecting points formed by the light sources and the images of two pupils within both eyes. The first signal processing unit produces the reflecting points inputted from the image acquisition unit and a gaze direction and a gaze depth from the images of the pupils. The second signal processing unit determines the gaze of a point which the user gazes within the 3D image from the produced gaze direction and the gaze depth. The third signal processing unit executes the command of the user according to the determined gaze.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for generating an indoor environment map are provided to convert geometry data acquired from indoor environment into line-based geometry data of a little quantity and generate the environment map by using the line-based geometry data. Abstract: A device and a method for a vision-based computer interface are provided to extract a gazing point of a user from an image including a pupil image and map the extracted gazing point to a display device. The device includes at least two light sources(110), an image input device(120), the display device(140), and an operation processor(130). The image input device receives the image including an eye image having at least two reflection points of one eye by the light sources. The operation processor is connected to the image input device and the display device, extracts a central point of a pupil and the reflection points from the inputted image, estimates the gazing point in the display device by using the extracted central points of the pupil and the reflecting points, and performs interaction according to the gazing point.
