본 발명은 ZnO 및 MnO가 화학적으로 결합된 복합체, 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전기적 특성이 우수한 리튬 이차전지용 음극의 제공을 가능케 하는 ZnO-MnO 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 음극 활물질이 제공되며, 상기 음극 활물질을 보다 단순화된 공정으로 제조할 수 있는 방법이 제공된다.

본 발명은 리튬이차전지용 음극 활물질 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 ZnMn 2 O 4 분말을 열처리하여 형성되는 ZnO-MnO 복합체 입자를 포함하는 음극 활물질 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전기적 특성이 우수한 리튬이차전지용 음극의 제공을 가능케 하는 음극 활물질이 제공되며, 상기 음극 활물질을 보다 단순화된 공정으로 제조할 수 있는 방법이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode active material comprises a positive electrode active material with excellent charging/discharging efficiency according to cycle increase at room temperature and high capacity by low cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode active material comprises a step of stirring silicon precursor compound which is an alkyl silicate, and a transition metal precursor compound which is a metal acetate or oxalate of metals selected from a lithium precursor compound, which is lithium acetate or lithium oxalate, manganese, iron, nickel, and cobalt; a step of obtaining powder by drying the mixture; a step of conducting wet ball milling by adding carbon source and non-polar organic solvent to the powder, and wet ball milling the same; and a step of heat-treating the wet ball milled powder.

PURPOSE: A carbon-based positive electrode for lithium-air battery is provided to provide a lithium secondary battery with stable charging performance, high energy density and charging capacity near theoretical discharge capacity by comprising optimized pores in which oxidation of lithium is activated. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-based positive electrode for lithium-air battery comprises a current collector of continuous phase, a composition comprised in pores of the current collector, comprising carbon powder and binder resin with a surface area is 500-2000 m^2/g and a pore amount of 0.5-5 cm^3/g. the composition comprises 100-450 parts by weight of carbon powder based on 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. The binder resin is one or more selected from polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, and polytrifluorostyrenesulfonic acid.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air electrode for a lithium-air battery having a high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics, and a lithium-air battery using the same. More particularly, the present invention can improve homogeneity on the surface of an electrode due to active materials uniformly dispersed not only on the surface of a current collector but also on a frame inside, by coating electrode active material slurry including carbon or carbon, a catalyst and a binder on the current collector of an air electrode via a spray coating method. Therefore, the present invention improves the characteristics of a lithium-air battery and provides an air electrode having the characteristics of a secondary battery and a lithium-air battery including the same, as a cathode.
