Abstract: PURPOSE: A spray typed molding apparatus is provided to manufacture a product of large diameter by adopting a device for varying the movement speed of a board without requiring additional installation cost. CONSTITUTION: The spray typed molding apparatus is comprised of a rotating board(2) having a variable movement speed, and an atomizer for spraying liquid drops onto the board. The atomizer is selected among a linearly reciprocating atomizer(18) and a scanning atomizer vibrating within a specific angle region. The linearly reciprocating atomizer expands the stacking region of the liquid drops by reciprocating a turn dish(12). The movement speed of the linearly reciprocating atomizer is able to be periodically varied.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for preparing an Al-Si based alloy for motor vehicle propeller shaft by finely dispersing Si to be added in a large amount in an Al matrix structure is provided. Whereby, the alloy is expected to being highlighted as a new alloy composition capable of substituting conventional propeller shaft materials. CONSTITUTION: The Al-Si based alloy for motor vehicle propeller shaft is prepared by the process consisting of: preparing molten metal by heating 13 to 40% by weight of an Al-Si alloy; obtaining a molded body by maintaining the molten metal at 700 to 900deg.C, spraying inactive high pressure gas and quickly solidifying; and obtaining extruded material by extruding the sprayed molded body at 400 to 550deg.C.

CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a tube type spray formed material comprises the process of forming the tube type formed material by spraying liquid drop through a sprayer installed at the position that is separated as much as a distance in which the liquid drop is not sprayed on the center part of the rotation plate from the center part of a rotation plate, wherein the method further comprises a tube extruding process in which the tube type formed material is tube extruded, or a ring forging process in which the tube type formed material is ring forged as a following process, a plurality of sprayers each of which are installed at different positions are used as the sprayer, the rotation plate is moved in a direction of a rotation axis, and a vibration type sprayer is used as the sprayer.
