PURPOSE: A simultaneous detection method of Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben as herbicides in water samples is provided, thereby easily, accurately and cheaply detecting the herbicides at one time. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous detection method of Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben as herbicides in water samples comprises the steps of: concentrating Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben and forming their derivatives with anhydrous trifluoroacetic acid and trifluoroethanol; analyzing their derivatives to prepare a measuring curve for determination of the concentrations of three herbicides; forming derivatives of three herbicides in various environmental samples; and determining the concentrations of three herbicides, wherein the concentration is carried out by using vaporization under vacuum; the formation of derivatives of three herbicides is carried out by heating the mixture of herbicides with trifluoroacetic acid and trifluoroethanol at 60 to 90 deg. C for 30 to 120 minutes; and the concentration of three herbicides is determined by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometer.

PURPOSE: A method of concurrent-detecting micro acid pesticides is provided to concurrently extract and detect ten kinds of pesticides from the samples of water or soil in an effective manner. CONSTITUTION: In a method of co-detecting micro acid pesticides, samples are taken from the water or soil, and a strong-base material is added to the samples to make a mixture. The mixture is bathed, and hydrolyzed. The mixture is acidified by a strong acid solution, and the target is extracted from the acidified mixture by using an organic solvent. The extract is derivatized in reaction with trifluoro acetic acid anhydride and trifluoro ethanol. The derivatized extract is directly put in a gas chromatograph, or a gas chromatograph/a mass spectrograph to concurrently detect the micro acid pesticides.

본 발명은 음용수 및 수질 시료에 함유된 에틸렌티오우레아, 말레산 히드라지드, 이소프로필메틸포스포네이트 등 3종의 유해 물질을 동시 분석하기 위하여 농축하는 방법을 사용하였으며, 농축 후 요오드화메틸과 아세톤을 이용하여 반응시킨 후 3종 유해 물질을 메틸유도체화한 후 그 농도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 방법은 기체 크로마토그래피(GC) 또는 기체 크로마토그래피(GC)-질량분석기(MS)를 사용하여 위의 3종 유해 물질의 농도를 분석하는 것으로 이루어진다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 수질 시료 중에서 분석할 경우, 우수한 감도, 분석 시간의 단축 및 간편성, 경제성, 추출용매 사용시 발생되는 2차 오염의 예방 등을 동시에 얻을 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously detecting ethylenethiourea, maleic hydrazide and isopropyl methylphosphonate in the test sample comprises the steps of: condensing edible water or a water quality sample; derivatizing three kinds of noxious substances of ethylenethiourea, maleic hydrazide and isopropyl methylphosphonate using methyl iodide and acetone; and determining the concentration of the three kinds of substances.
