Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for determination of amitrole is provided to analyze amitrole in a water sample to the extent in extremely small quantities rapidly and economically. CONSTITUTION: The method for determination of amitrole in a water sample comprises the step of: concentration of the water sample, derivatization by isobutyl chloroformate and analysis of amitrole by a gas chromatography or a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer. In the method, the concentration step is carried out by employing a rotary vacuum evaporator, the derivatization step comprises adding 40-60 l of isobutyl chloroformate to the concentrated sample to react the resultant at room temperature for 15 to 20 min. or comprises dissolving the concentrated sample in 150-250 l of methylene chloride and then adding thereto, 40-60 l of isobutyl chloroformate to react the resultant at room temperature for 15 to 20 min.

Abstract: 본 발명은 뇨 시료 중에 함유된 히드록시 PCBs (hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls)를 동시 분석하기 위하여, 고상 미량추출 (SPME, solid-phase microextraction)을 이용하여 추출하는 방법을 사용하여 추출 후 연속적으로 SPME 파이버 (fiber) 상에서 TMS 유도체화하여 분석하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에서 기체 크로마토그래피 또는 기체 크로마토그래피/질량 분석기를 사용하여 히드록시 PCBs의 농도를 분석한다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 뇨 시료을 분석할 경우 우수한 감도, 분석 시간의 단축, 간편성 및 경제성을 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 추출용매 사용시 발생되는 2차 오염을 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A simultaneous detection method of Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben as herbicides in water samples is provided, thereby easily, accurately and cheaply detecting the herbicides at one time. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous detection method of Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben as herbicides in water samples comprises the steps of: concentrating Glyphosate, Endothall and Chloramben and forming their derivatives with anhydrous trifluoroacetic acid and trifluoroethanol; analyzing their derivatives to prepare a measuring curve for determination of the concentrations of three herbicides; forming derivatives of three herbicides in various environmental samples; and determining the concentrations of three herbicides, wherein the concentration is carried out by using vaporization under vacuum; the formation of derivatives of three herbicides is carried out by heating the mixture of herbicides with trifluoroacetic acid and trifluoroethanol at 60 to 90 deg. C for 30 to 120 minutes; and the concentration of three herbicides is determined by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for determining hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls in urine, which is excellent in sensitivity, accuracy, convenience and economical efficiency of time and cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for determining a concentration of hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in urine comprises the steps of: adsorption of hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls in urine onto fibers of solid-phase microextraction(SPME); derivatization of the hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls adsorbed on the fibers of solid-phase microextraction using trimethylsilyl; and analysis of trimethylsilyl-derived hydroxy polychlorinated biphenyls by gas chromatography or gas chromatography/mass spectrometer. The adsorption step is carried out at a position of headspace at a temperature of 90 deg.C or above for at least 60 minutes and the derivatization step is carried out at the position of headspace at a temperature of 60 deg.C for 5 to 30 minutes.
