Abstract:
A method for sintered alumina including the change of initial sintering condition under oxygen or nitrogen to that under different one among oxygen, nitrogen or argon during normal pressure sitering process at 1600≦̸C has the advantage to obtain more compact structure and fine grain size resulted from depressing the grain growth.
Abstract:
The molten infiltrating of forming media of WC-3-5% Co, that of Co powder on sintered material of this for 1hr at 1200≦̸C, that of C-25% WC mixed powder, that of Co-25% WC-0.1% C mixed powder, that of Ni- 25% WC mixed powder, that of WC-25.3% Fe-6.7% Ni-3.3%Co mixed powder or molten infiltrating media of these materials sintered for 1hr at 1200≦̸C in a vacuum sintering furnace at 1350-1500≦̸C can remove residual pores and change the composition of binding.
