Abstract: The present invention relates to a patient-specific matching guide system and a method thereof, more specifically, a patient-specific matching guide system and method thereof for rapidly matching coordinates on bones and coordinates on a surgical robot by producing the matching guide with a marker by the shape of bones on a patient, and attaching the matching guide to the corresponding area of the bones. The patient-specific matching guide system by an embodiment of the present invention comprises: the surgical robot; an image device for obtaining data related to a three-dimensional shape of bones for surgery; and a guide producing device producing the matching guide with the marker by the three-dimensional shape of bones obtained by the image device. Relation information of coordinates of bones for attaching the marker of the guide and coordinates of the maker is previously inputted to the surgical robot for producing the matching guide, and relation information of the coordinates of the marker and the coordinates of the surgical robot is obtained by measuring to match the coordinates of the marker and the coordinates of the surgical robot.

Abstract: 본 발명은 환자-맞춤형 정합 가이드 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는, 마커(marker)를 갖는 정합 가이드를 환자의 뼈의 형상에 따라 제작하여, 절삭 대상인 뼈의 해당 부위에 부착함으로써, 뼈의 좌표와 수술용 로봇의 좌표를 정합시키는 과정을 신속하게 수행할 수 있는 환자-맞춤형 정합 가이드 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 환자-맞춤형 정합 가이드 시스템은, 수술용 로봇; 수술 대상 뼈의 3차원 형상에 관한 데이터를 획득하는 영상 장치; 및 상기 영상 장치에서 획득한 뼈의 3차원 형상에 따라, 마커를 갖는 정합 가이드를 제조하는 가이드 제조 장치를 포함하며, 상기 정합 가이드의 제작 시 획득된 가이드의 마커가 부착되는 뼈의 좌표와 상기 마커의 좌표의 관계 정보가 상기 수술용 로봇에 미리 입력되고, 상기 수술용 로봇의 좌표와 상기 마커의 좌표의 관계 정보를 측정을 통해 도출함으로써, 상기 수술용 로봇이 상기 수술용 로봇의 좌표와 마커의 좌표를 정합한다.
