    Abstract: Disclosed are a device and a method for promptly and accurately calculating the speed distribution of a fluid by collectively processing image data obtained by photographing the flow within a microfluidic channel having distracted fluorescent tracer particles of thin concentration, and a computer readable recording medium for recording a program to perform the method. The device and the method of the present invention can supply a suspended fluid having the distracted tracer particles to the microfluidic channel, obtain multiple sets of image data including one or multiple particle traces during the exposure time of a camera through the observation using a fluorescent microscope, and very promptly and accurately calculate the speed distribution of the fluid by collectively processing the obtained image data. The calculated speed distribution of the fluid can provide very important information associated with the flow control, the distraction control, the separation and/or the analysis.
