Abstract:
A composite dielectric film including a polymer and a high dielectric ceramic coated metallic particles and a capacitor having the same are provided to be used as a dielectric film of an embedded capacitor by increasing a dielectric constant of a dielectric substance and reducing a dielectric loss. A composite dielectric film including a polymer and a high dielectric ceramic coated metallic particles includes a polymer material(11) and a metallic particle(12a). The metallic particles are coated with a ceramic after being treated by a thiol compound. The thiol compound includes a hydrophilic functional group of -OH, -COOH, -NH3, -C=N, -SO2, and -NO2 in an end group. The metallic particle is Ag, Fe, Ni, Al, Au, Pt, Cu, Mo, Cr, Ti or Ta. The ceramic is ZrO2, TiO2, BaTiO3, Al2O3, Ta2O5, SrTiO3, (Ba,Sr)TiO3, (Pb,Zr)TiO3, Pb(Mg,Nb)O3-PbTiO3 or Bi1.5Zn1.0Nb1.5O7. The metallic particle is 0.5-90% volume of a high polymer volume.
