    Abstract: 본 발명은 실리콘 고분자 및 기공형성제를 포함하는 고분자 용액을 지지체 상 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 지지체를 비용매에 함침하여 상전이시킴으로써 비대칭 복합막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 실리콘 고분자 비대칭 복합막의 제조방법 및 실리콘 고분자 비대칭 복합막을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실리콘 고분자 비대칭 복합막의 제조방법은 간단한 상전이 방법만으로 진행되므로 제조효율이 우수하고, 실리콘 고분자를 이용하여 무기막의 특성을 가져 내열성 및 강도가 뛰어나면서도, 수투과 특성이 우수하여 수처리 용도의 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silicon polymer asymmetric composite film is provided to enhance fabrication efficiency, heat resistance and intensity by having inorganic film characteristic and to improve water transmission property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silicon polymer asymmetric composite film comprises the following steps: coating a supporter with a macromolecular solution which includes silicon polymer and pore-forming agent; and forming an asymmetrical composite film by phase transfer the supporter by dipping the same into non-solvent. The silicon polymer is ladder type polysilsesquioxanes.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A membrane for water treatment is provided to be able to implement a membrane for water treatment with a high water permeability and membrane pollution prevention, and a manufacturing method thereof, and to be able to reduce the operation cost and to maintain the lifespan of the membrane for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A membrane (10) for water treatment includes nanofibers (20) and has a surface charge (30). The nanofibers form a net form, and have the diameter of 10-1000 nm. The nanofibers include ionic polymer and non-ionic polymer. The ionic polymer has an ionic functional group. The ionic functional group includes at least one selected from the group consisting of sulfonate, carboxylate, phosphate, amine and ammonium. The polymer having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of sulfonate, carboxylate and phosphate includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Nafion, sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone, and carboxylated polyether-ether-ketone. A manufacturing method of a membrane for water treatment comprises a step of manufacturing a mixed solution by mixing ionic polymer and non-ionic polymer; a step of manufacturing a membrane including nanofibers with the mixed solution by using the elctrospinning method; and a step of heat-treating the membrane.
