Abstract: 본 발명은 식물병원균에 대한 길항작용을 가진 신규한 세균 Bacillus sp. BS555(KCTC 8821P) 균주를 제공한다. 이 균주는 소금에 대한 내성범위가 넓고 광범위한 곰팡이에 대한 생육 억제능을 가지고 있다. 또 이 생육억제능은 열과 단백질 분해효소에 의하여 저항력이 있는 저분자량의 생합성 물질로 추정된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a Bacillus sp. BS555 strain (KCTC 8821P) having antagonistic activity against vegetable pathogenic fungi. The strain inhibits the growth of fungi having broad range of salt resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus sp. BS555 strain (KCTC 8821P) having antagonistic activity against plant pathogenic fungi is obtained by (a) isolation of many bacillus strains from soil; (b) selection of a strain having excellent antagonistic activity against fungi; and (c) examination of antagonistic activity against fungi selected from Fusarium solani, Botrytis cineria, Pyricularia oryzae, Fusarium oxysporum f. cucumerinum, and Phytophtora infestans.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供芽孢杆菌属 对植物病原菌具有拮抗作用的BS555菌株（KCTC8821P）。 该菌株抑制具有广泛耐盐性的真菌的生长。 构成：芽孢杆菌 通过（a）从土壤中分离许多芽孢杆菌菌株获得对植物病原真菌具有拮抗活性的BS555菌株（KCTC8821P） （b）选择对真菌具有优异的拮抗活性的菌株; 和（c）检查对抗真菌的拮抗活性，这些活性选自茄病，葡萄孢，谷朊粉，尖孢镰孢f。 黄瓜和致病疫霉（Phytophtora infestans）。
