Abstract:
Injectable thermosensitive pluronic hydrogels coupled with bioactive materials for tissue regeneration and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve cell-affinity of the pluronic hydrogels while their thermosensitivity is maintained, so that they are useful for tissue regeneration. The injectable thermosensitive pluronic hydrogels coupled with bioactive materials through meta-acryloxyethyl trimellitic acid for tissue regeneration, represented by the formula(1) is provided, wherein R is a physiologically activating material; the metacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid is 4-metacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid or 2-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid; and the physiologically activating material is a cell-affinity ligand peptide or growth factor. The method for preparing the injectable thermosensitive pluronic hydrogels coupled with bioactive materials through meta-acryloxyethyl trimellitic acid for tissue regeneration comprises the steps of: (1) reacting the thermosensitive pluronic polymer with metacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid anhydride at room temperature to prepare the metacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid-fluronic polymer; and (2) coupling the metacryloxyethyl trimellitic acid-fluronic polymer with a cell-affinity ligand peptide or growth factor.
