    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for managing waste water without exhausting sludge includes a process which sludge is returned to biological treatment tank and a process which the sludge is reused for feeding microorganism. CONSTITUTION: Some part of sludge which is exhausted from second settling pond(21) are returned to aeration tank(22) without specific treatment. Remained sludge is reused as food for microorganism, so the sludge is disintegrated perfectly by biological treatment of microorganism. Microorganisms included sludge are destroyed by ionized gas or oxidation of oxidant. The method is composed of generator for ionized gas(31), disintegrating tank for sludge(32), circulation pump(33), and mixing device(34). The method is used for removing nitrogen and phosphorus, and sludge does not exhausted because the sludge is reused foe carbon source.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a method for removing phosphorus using dolomite, which is capable of minimizing an additional neutralizing process and improving economic feasibility by reducing an inorganic coagulant using the dolomite with the inorganic coagulant, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the phosphorous and adjusting pH which is decreased using the inorganic coagulant with the dolomite to neutral pH concentration.
