A manufacturing method of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber comprises a step of manufacturing polyacrylonitrile-based polymer by irradiating a composition comprising an acrylonitrile monomer with microwave; a step of manufacture precursor fiber by melt-spinning the polyacrylonitrile-based polymer; and a step of stabilizing and carbonizing the precursor fiber.
