Abstract: 졸-갤법에 따라 비정질 자성 합금 박대에 산화물 절연 피막을 형성하는 방법이 제공된다. 이 방법은 알코올 용매 중에 금속 마그네슘 또는 유기 마그네슘 화합물이 용해된 제1용액을 제조하는 단계; 알코올 용매 중에 미량의 물이 함유된 제2용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제1용액과 제2용액을 혼합하여 피막 형성용 피복 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 피복용액을 비정질 자성 합금 박대의 표면에 피복시키는 단계; 피복된 비정질 자성 합금 박대를 건조시키는 단계; 및 건조된 피복 비정질 자성 합금 박대를 열처리하는 단계로 이루어진다. 이 방법에 따라 산화물 피막이 피복된 바정질 자성 합금 박대는 교류에서의 실효 투자율과 자심손실 등 자기적 성질이 월등히 우수하다.

Abstract: A method for forming insulation films of an amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate is provided, which includes the steps of preparing a first solution by dissolving metal magnesium or organic magnesium compound in a first alcohol solvent e-antibiotic of narcotics, preparing a second solution with a second alcohol solvent containing minute quantity of water, preparing coating solution for forming films by mixing the first and the second solutions, coating a surface of the amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate with the coating solution, drying the coated amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate, and heating the dried amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate, wherein the amorphous magnetic alloy thin plates may be insulated interfacially by forming oxide insulation films on the surfaces thereof by the sol-gel method.
