Abstract: 본 발명은 복수 개의 공진홀 및 접지 전극과 각 공진홀들 간의 캐패시턴스를 보다 용이하게 결정할 수 있는 일체형 유전체 듀플렉서를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 일체형 유전체 듀플렉서는 유전체 블럭을 관통하는 복수 개의 공진홀과, 공진홀 간의 결합을 위한 전극 패턴, 송신단의 인터디지털형 캐패시터, 및 수신단의 패드형 캐패시터를 포함한다. 안테나단은 수신단과 송신단 신호의 상호 간섭을 억제하기 위해 높은 임피던스를 갖도록 구성하되 이에 따른 부수적 공진을 갖지 않도록 연결선의 길이를 짧게 한다. 캐패시터들의 전극 간격을 가변시키는 한편, 인터디지털형 캐패시터의 핑거의 수 또는 길이를 가변시킴으로써 나타나는 캐패시턴스 값의 변화 특성을 통해 원하는 캐패시턴스 값을 갖는 캐패시터 구조를 결정할 수 있다. 본 발명은 감쇠극이 존재하는 주파수 전달 특성을 보이며, 캐패시턴스 값을 조정함으로써 감쇠극의 위치를 통과 대역 위쪽 또는 아래쪽에 존재하도록 할 수 있다.

Abstract: A monoblock dielectric duplexer comprises resonant holes. Conductive electrodes and couplers are formed on one side of the dielectric block, whose other sides are covered with a conductive material. The conductive electrodes in a transmit-filtering portion are formed in an inter-digitating manner while the conductive electrodes in receive-filtering portion are formed to be of pad-shape. In the duplexer, capacitances of capacitors comprised of the conductive electrodes are easily and accurately set to desired values by determining the number and/or the lengths of fingers that the inter-digitating electrodes have.

Abstract translation: 单块介质双工器包括谐振孔。 导电电极和耦合器形成在介质块的一侧上，其另一侧覆盖有导电材料。 发射滤波部分中的导电电极以交叉方式形成，而接收滤波部分中的导电电极形成为垫形。 在双工器中，由导电电极构成的电容器的电容通过确定交叉指型电极所具有的指状物的数量和/或长度而容易且精确地设定为期望的值。
