Abstract: A method for breeding microorganisms containing multi-plasmid to degrade contaminants is presented. Thus, microorganism which can be used for naphthalene as a sole source of carbon is isolated from waste water and identified as Pseudomonas putida N3 (KCTC 8287 P). Pseudomonas putida CST3 (KCTC 8288P) containing TOL plasmid and CAM plasmid simultaneously is conjugated with KCTC 8287P strain to give a new strain Pseudomonas putida Conj 26 (KCTC 8289 P), which can degrade toluene, naphthalene, and camphor.

Abstract translation: 提出了一种用于繁殖含有多质粒以降解污染物的微生物的方法。 因此，可用于萘作为唯一碳源的微生物从废水中分离出来，并被鉴定为恶臭假单胞菌N3（KCTC 8287 P）。 将含有TOL质粒和CAM质粒的恶臭假单胞菌CST3（KCTC 8288P）同时与KCTC 8287P菌株缀合，得到可以降解甲苯，萘和樟脑的新菌恶臭假单孢菌Conj 26（KCTC 8289 P）。
