Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a dielectric composition for high frequency resonators, which is characterized in that the TCP of a dielectric resonator is adjustable around to 0ppm/deg.C according to an addition amount of Al2O3, and also it is possible to obtain dielectric composition that has a dielectric constant over 80, especially in case of using a raw material with low purity. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric composition is represented by the below formula: x(Ba0.85Ca0.15-yMgy)O-0.125Nd2O3-zTiO2+vBi2O3+wAl2O3, wherein x, y, z, v, and w have ranges of 0.13≤x≤0.16, 0.01≤y≤0.10, 0.59≤z≤0.62, 10≤v(wt)≤11.5, 0≤w(wt)≤1.5 respectively. In the composition, the TCP deviation value of the dielectric composition is within ±10.

본 발명에 따른 조성물은 큰 유전율, 품질계수 값 및 안정한 공진 주파수의 온도계수를 가지며, 소결온도가 900℃ 이하로 낮아 은(Ag) 등의 전극과 반응 없이 동시 소성이 가능한 마이크로파용 유전체 LTCC 조성물로서, 현재 상용화되어 있는 800 MHz∼1.9 GHz 대역의 셀룰러, PCS 및 향후 2 GHz 대역의 IMT2000 대역의 적층 칩 필터 및 안테나 등에 요구되는 우수한 특성을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 활용이 기대된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) composition which has a high dielectric coefficient, an improved quality factor, a stable temperature coefficient of resonance frequency and a low firing temperature. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature co-fired dielectric composition is characterized in that it is represented by the formula of: Ca£(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xTix|O3-δ+y(B2O3.ZnO.SiO2.PbO), wherein x is a mole ratio ranged from 0 to 0.3 and y is a weight percent ratio ranged from 0 to 15. The composition has a low firing temperature of 900 deg.C or less and is capable of being co-fired with an electrode such as a silver electrode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dielectric composition for microwave is provided which has high dielectric constant and quality coefficient and shows an excellent temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric composition for microwave is represented by the following chemical formula 1: (Pb0.4Ca0.6)((Mg1/3Nb2/3)(1-x)Snx)O3, wherein x is above 1 and less than 0.1. According to the change of Sn content, the composition has a dielectric constant of 45.2-64.7 and Qxf0 of 6970-8150 gigahertz and the temperature coefficient range of the resonance frequency of -3.8-0 parts per million/deg.C.
