    Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein, a hybridoma cell line and a production method thereof are provided, thereby specifically finding cancer cells, so that it can be useful in diagnosis of cancer. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein is produced by a hybridoma cell line K02C12-1(KCTC 0447BP). A composition for diagnosis and treatment of liver disease contains the monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein. A composition for diagnosis and treatment of cancer contains the monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein. A method for producing the monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein comprises the steps of: culturing an expression vector containing a human S-100A6 gene in E. coli to separate a recombinant human S-100A6 protein; immunizing a rat with the recombinant human S-100A6 protein to produce a hybridoma cell line; and selecting and producing the monoclonal antibody to human S-100 A6 protein.
