일 양상에 따른 행위 중독 진단용 조성물, 키트, 및 이를 이용한 행위 중독의 진단을 위해 코카인 및 암페타민 조절성 전사체 단백질(Cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript protein: CART)을 검출하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 행위 중독, 예를 들어 인터넷 중독 또는 게임 중독을 간편하고, 높은 정확도 및 특이도로 진단하는데 이용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A crosslinked irreversible chemical gel film-type ion exchange membrane, its preparation method and a fuel cell containing the ion exchange membrane are provided, to reduce the effect of moisture and methanol on the hydrogen ion conductivity, to reduce the thickness and to improve the ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: The ion exchange membrane is such that its crosslinking point is formed by the crosslinking reaction of a structural unit A selected from the groups represented by the formulas 1 and 2, and it comprises a structural unit B selected from the groups represented by the formula 3 or ArR7, wherein R1 to R5 are independent each another and are H, a phenyl group, an alkyl group of C1-C4, an alkylene group of C1-C4, an alkynyl group of C1-C4, a nitrile group or a functional group capable of inducing the condensation independently(i.e. epoxy, cyanate, ester and halogen); R6 is H or an alkyl group of C1-C4; Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group(wherein the substituent is a phenyl group, an alkyl group of C1-C4, an alkylene group of C1-C4, or an alkynyl group of C1-C4); and R7 is -SO3H, -COOH or -P(O)(OR8)OH(wherein R8 is H or an alkyl group of C1-C4).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An ion exchange composite membrane, its preparation method, a composite solution, and a fuel cell containing the membrane are provided, wherein the membrane intercepts methanol selectively without deterioration of the diffusion of hydrogen ions. CONSTITUTION: The ion exchange composite membrane comprises clay or organic clay dispersed into an ion conductive polymer film. Preferably the clay or organic clay is inserted into or coated on an ion conductive polymer film. The clay is at least one selected from the group consisting of pyrophylite-talc, smectite (montmorillonite), vermiculite, illite, mica and brittle mica group. The ion conductive polymer has at least one group selected from the group consisting of sulfonate, carboxylate, phosphate, imide, sulfonimide and sulfonamide, and is preferably nafion or sulfonated polystyrene-block-ply(ethylene-ran-butylene)-block-polystyrene. Preferably the fuel cell is a direct methanol fuel cell using methanol as a fuel.
