Abstract: PURPOSE: A 3D volume-plan coupled image generating method is provided to obtain an image in which a planer image of a body part is coupled with related volumetric portions, thereby providing images more precise and easier to understand in the medical fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating 3D volume-plan coupled images includes a volume rendering step of shearing an original image data with respect to an object by the shear-warp algorithm to obtain volume data on the sheared plan and generating an intermediate volume image formed on an intermediate image plan by mixing(S11), an MPR(Multi-Planer Reconstruction) image extracting step of generating topographical images with respect to a selected portion by MPR and carrying out affine transform proper to the intermediate image plan, an image coupling step of coupling the intermediate volume image with the MPR image(S12), and a volume-plan coupled image generating step of warping the intermediate volume image-MPR coupled image for generating a final volume-plan coupled image with respect to the object(S28,S29).

Abstract: 본 발명은 3차원 영상 데이터 획득 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 영상획득수단에 의하여 생성된 인간의 뇌 영상을 회질과 백질로 분리하고, 상기 피질표면을 투명도 조절과정을 통하여 3차원 영상으로 재구성하는 제1 단계; 상기 제1 단계에서 재구성된 3차원 영상에 관한 데이터에 뇌기능 자기 공명영상장치(fMRI)를 통하여 측정된 분석데이터를 융합하는 제2 단계; 상기 제2 단계에서 융합된 3차원 영상에 관한 데이터에 DTI를 통하여 측정된 상기 백질 내 섬유조직의 트랙토그래피(tractography) 데이터를 융합하는 제3 단계; 및 상기 제3 단계에서 융합된 3차원 영상에 관한 데이터를 연산하여 디스플레이하는 제4 단계를 포함하여, 3차원 공간에서 인간의 뇌 피질표면과 그 위에 오버래핑된 뇌활성화영역, 그리고 백질 내 섬유조직의 경로를 한 곳에서 동시에 보여줌으로써, 보다 양질의 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for obtaining three-dimensional image data and an apparatus thereof are provided to show a brain activation area and the route of a fiber texture, at the same time, together with an anatomical image. CONSTITUTION: A method for obtaining three-dimensional image data comprises the following steps of: dividing a brain image of the human generated by an image acquiring means into a gray matter and a white matter; re-configuring the cortex surface of the gray matter into a three-dimensional image through a process of adjusting the transparency; and merging the re-configured three-dimensional image with analysis data measured through a brain function magnetic resonance imaging device(fMRI).
